This policy explains what personal information Ashrita Institute for Waste Management & Research Private Limited ("AIWMR", "we") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. There are two places on this site where that happens:
- The training registration form: your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your date of birth, gender, highest qualification, organisation, country, city and any message you write.
- The contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation, the nature of your enquiry and your message.
Why we collect it
Registration details are used to confirm your seat in a training batch, to communicate training dates and payment instructions, and to issue your certificate on completion.
Contact enquiries are used solely to respond to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Consent and communications
The registration form asks you to confirm that you are happy for us to contact you about the programme you selected and related training opportunities. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop sending you those communications.
How long we keep it
Registration and certification records are retained for as long as we are required to be able to verify a certificate we have issued. Contact enquiries are retained only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it, subject to any record we are required to keep. Email us and we will respond.
Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), the UK/EU GDPR, or local law in the UAE or Nigeria.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Please note that we will never ask you for a card number, UPI PIN, one-time password or account password by email or through this website. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and asking for any of those, treat it as fraudulent and contact us on the number below.
